I visited Redhook Brewlab for the first time just last week. The build-out is great; it's got brick and steel and glass and is welcoming in an upscale post-industrial kind of way. They have 16 taps, and when I visited the selection was heavy with IPAs, pale ales, and saisons. The darkest thing they had was the India Brown Lager, which was pretty good; I would like to see some more stouts and porters given the number of taps they have at their disposal.

Service was good, as was the food. They do some nice gastropub fare; I had the roasted brussels sprouts and they were outstanding. I see myself going back.
