Clear yellow with small head and lace.
Aroma of hops, fruit notes, cereal grains, corn and malts.
Taste follows the nose with addition of mild bitter hops and sweetness.
A light body with medium carbonation and a crisp finish.

What a pretty dark blue bottle!
The high quality pilsener of the -still independent from large scale commercial brewers- Gulpener Brewery is a treat.
Opens with a bit of smoke.
Poured at around 6 degrees celcius in straight belgian palm glass.
Two finger white head. Good retention. Medium, small bubble carbonation. Pretty golden yellow look.
Malty smell, sea breeze with some peppers.
Mouthfeel, fullrry round and blananced
Taste, very malted, low in sweetness, even a bit salty.
I like the almost totally absence of sweetness, and salty can do as well for me, but this lacks some elegance. Taste a bit more like a rural saison. And then the bottle is over pretentious.
But certainly a very good lager.

Classically clear gold with an off-white head of caviar bubbles leaving some coral lacing on the glass.
Though quite frothy and fluffy in the middle, with a little maltier backbone of toasted bun and corn, it's solidly on point with a good crisp bite.
The semi-dry finish is exceedingly clean, so much so it's practically palate cleansing.

Adjunct euro lager imo. Nothing special, typical corn, grains, and but does not have the gross cloying sweetness, so that's a plus. Actually has a decent grain and malt smell. A cut above other macro euro beers, plus the blue bottle is pretty

Look: your average lager, a cold yellow. Head faded quickly poured on a half pint glass.
Smell: Nothing much here. Some malt but really faint.
Taste: Very decent mixture of hops and malt with some acid in. Very refreshing and balanced.
Feel: as corresponding, light and smooth.
Overall: a more than decent commercial Pilsner.

A very light bright golden color with a fine bubbly foam collar, scented soft bitter, sweet and a touch of acid, smooth malt, a smooth & subtle light blonde, pilsener, indeed Dutch best in the category so far

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a cloudy golden color with a small off-white head. The aroma is heavy on malt with some hops, but smelled very stale. The taste follows the nose. Unfortunately, this beer did not taste very good at all.

33cl blue bottle, shared at home. Crisp and refreshing, a bit above most commercial lagers from the supermarket, but other than that nothign special.

Straw coloured pilsner. Thick frothy head. Lots of rising bubbles.
Spicy and aromatic odour. Looks and smells the part.
Sweet malt initially but then ends with a grainy and rather harsh twang.
Better than your standard supermarket lager.
