Generous additions of Cascade and Mosaic hops give this German-style hefeweizen ale its tropical, fruity notes and an extra burst of American-style bitterness.

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of light banana, clove, cracked wheat and lemon. Sweet banana and wheat taste with some yeast and citrus.

16 oz can. Pours hazy golden with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head, nice lacing and lively carbonation. Aroma is of citrus, wheat malt, spices and grassy hops. Body is medium and crisp. Wheat malt, floral hops, banana and citrus fruit and spices fill the mouth. Finish is long and semi-dry. Nice brew.

Pours from the can a hazy orange yellow, nice 1" frothy white head that recedes slowly excellent sticky retention. Nose is a mashup of bright juicy hops and classic Hefe notes of clover, yeast, raw dough, and banana - pretty weird, actually, but nonetheless very inviting. Taste pretty much follows, but the sweeter, tropical hop notes drone out some of the subtle Hefe flavors. That said, the yeast notes stick around on the finish. Mouthfeel is on the fuller side with crisp carbonation. A really interesting beer, and I was happy to find it canned.

Pours a hazy golden color with a medium top off white head that dissolves quickly.
Aroma is of yeast, ripe banana, citrus fruits, honey, spices and earthy hops.
The taste is fruity and spicy at the start, it then finishes of dry and bitter with notes of citrus and earthy/floral hops. A little weak in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is smooth and soft with a medium carbonation and a medium body. Refreshing and easy drinking. Interesting take.
