carbonation medium with pear finishclean and smooth
I liked it and will buy again

Pours a cloudy, gold color. 1/5 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and poor lacing. Smells of strong smoke, alcohol, strong wheat, yeast, slight pale malt, and a hint of hop. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is also a noticeable tartness. Tastes of strong smoke, alcohol, strong wheat, yeast, slight pale malt, hint of hop, and slight bacterial funk. Overall, weak appearance, good aroma, body, and blend; the smoke is a great addition.

Smokey bacon taste. And not in a good way. Did not enjoy this at all.

Very intriguing. I wasn't really sure what I was getting into when I purchased this. It's a slightly smokey, slightly sour wheat ale. I wasn't expecting this to be a gose. Oh well, it was enjoyable. I probably won't purchase it again. It's worth trying simply because it is so unique.

Interesting. My bottle calls it a "smoked lichtenhainer wiesse". 6%? First impression was Gose. Turns out it is?
Hazy honey out with quick dissipating white head.
Fruit, lemon, malt and yeast aroma. Sour yeast and smokey.
Complexed tastes of lemon juice, malt, yeast and smoke.
Mouth feel is sour of course and smokey. Nicely carbonated.
Don't care if this is a Wiessen or Gose, worth trying.
