Pours a large frothy 1.5 finger head with good retention, spotty lacing, very clear slight chill haze pale pils color
Nose nice doughy sweet-grainy cereal malt, bread dough, straw, fair malty, light herbal hop, a touch of malt depth possibly decoction
Taste nice rich grainy-sweet malt up front again, doughy, straw, cereal malt, a bit of bread dough, more rich malt depth that brings a bit of a decoction mash character, nice herbal floral hops kick in, med to lighter bitterness, finishes dry and a touch crisp, med lingering herbal hops that get a touch grassy
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med to a bit lighter carb
Overall quite a nice Dortmunder, export lager like, quite enjoyable, def one I want to get more of
