Pours an opaque white-yellow with a finger of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is papaya, mango, tangerine, orange, and herbal and floral hops. Very bright tropical fruits with a little doughy yeast behind. Flavor profile is nectarine, mango, papaya, tangerine, orange and mandarin orange with a little doughy, bready yeast. Pleasant and plump tropical fruits that fade away and reveal that doughy yeast culture. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a little silty graininess to it. Overall, big tropical fruits that fade and part way to reveal doughy and sweet yeast.
