Hazy straw colour with a smooth, creamy longlasting white head. Great.
A crisp spicy hop aroma with a touch of creamy malt. Nice.
Smooth, clean malt flavour with a touch of spicy hop. Nice and easy drinking.
Medium light body with moderate carbonation. A solid easy drinking ale.
Really good for a simple light coloured ale. Nice clean flavour and refreshing.

First had: on tap at their brewpub
Pretty much average right down the line. Not my style of choice, but in an of itself, pretty good. Clear straw yellow color, maybe a bit of chill haze, and a foamy white head that receded to a thin layer. Aroma of grains and light, crisp hops. Taste of lightly toasted grains, pale malts, light, crisp, leafy hops, and a bit of barnyard funk that I'm not sure was intentional. Light in body, and easily drinkable, just not my style.
*I prefer complex auburn to easy blonde. ;)

Easy Blonde is, well, and easy to drink blonde ale. It's golden in color with a slight haze beneath a frothy head of white that fades steadily to an average collar and leaves only minor lacing about the glass. The aroma is mainly malty, but some yeasty fruitiness is present, and some minor hops as well. The same is true for the flavor, except that it's clear to see that there's some pretty solid malt in here - it's far from anything like an American lager, and in fact, it's actually really almost English in character. It's like an English summer ale or something. And the hops back that up too. Instead of going for something American and piney/citrusy/fruity, they've gone with simple, refined, floral and grassy hops. A stiff bitterness backs it, and keeps it in check, leading to a drying finish. A nice pint!
