On tap at Barley Brown's, Baker City, OR, 10 oz. serving.

Dark opaque body, more black than dark brown, needed a bright flashlight to show reddish highlights throughout, no visible carbonation. A bit less than a finger of brown head, quick dissipation with some lacing. Big chocolate hit in the nose, more milk than dark, little hop aroma. Taste is chocolate forward, nibby, not too sweet, not much hop presence. Mouthfeel is on full side of medium, pretty slick, dry finish from oats. Not an American Stout, too little hop presence, after consultation this category appears to be a better fit. This is a nice, drinkable chocolate stout, I liked the use of nibs which IMO deepened the flavor profile. Wish I had some Theo's Chocolate to go with this! Recommended for fans of chocolate.
