Super ambitious concepts here, food/beer/space wise. Most successful is the drink list, the space is open and airy with lots of light, very nice. It's kinda like DSM's version of Tørst, right down to the geometric patterned wine tasters. Hmmm.

All windows in the front, lots of natural light coming in, hitting the wood tables and bar. White subway tile behind the bar with a couple dozen wood handled taps in a row. Long communal tables take up a lot of space. I'd try sitting at the bar next time. A bottle cooler in the back with some interesting stuff, JP Roja Du Kriek, De Ranke Kriek De Ranke, Darkness, Fantome, and more. A cellar list hung on the side, with a deep selection of traditional lambic and some Crooked Stave. Draft selection skewed towards Shelton Bros and B United imports, no complaints but some locals would be appreciated. Oerbier and Boon unblended lambic were the highlights.

Service was attentive and team oriented, I didn't really get the opportunity to chat beer with anyone, but all were knowledgeable about the menu.

The food I really wanted to love, but the 3 dishes we had were all super oily. Mac & cheese, burrata smörg, and raclette all were tasty at first, but soon became overly rich and greasy, and a chore to finish. The arugula dressed with an acidic lemon dressing was a nice foil to the richness.

Overall, it was a positive experience, i'd drink here anytime but would probably stick to the cheese and charcuterie smörgasbord next time.
