Went here over the holidays. Stopped in on Friday evening, 5ish, for the first time. The place was backed with a mix of high tops all around the perimeter of the main room and regular table to the interior. They had close to 20 different beers on tap. I don't know if they brewed all of them at this location. They had a good mixture of different styles; pilsner, IPA, PA, stouts, porter, and fruit forward beers. The service was a bit scarce though. There were three servers walking amongst the tables but they didn't feel compelled to engage a table that didn't have beer at it. The music was up a little too loud as my girlfriend and I had to yell at one another just to care on a conversation. Though it was cold when I was there I could see it would be great with warmer weather to sit out in their courtyard and enjoy a few.

Kind of a cool place with a nice patio in back. Ordered a 5 flight that took quite a while to get served. Two girls behind did not seem interested or knowledgeable. Good variety of beer and carryout.

Fun place with great service and a lot of fun events to dabble in. Really nice outdoor area for the summer with a great atmosphere. They have live music indoors occasionally if you enjoy that, as for me not so much.

So you are walking down the street in Roselle, along the tracks, in a residential neighborhood when you come upon a one story, commercial building that looks like it was built in the '60's as a drug store, or t-shirt shop, and forgotten sometime in the '90's.
When you look closer you recognize the Pollyanna logo and realize it might be a bar.
You enter the brick, glass-fronted, building and are struck by the obvious aroma of beer, a tiny vestibule that seats 10 to the right, and a slightly larger space on the left that is the taproom of a currently bubbling fermentorium that seats about 100 at high tops, four tops, and the bar.

The tap rail supports 24 pulls, the majority of which are Pollyanna brews, with a couple of guest ciders.

Behind the bar, and a large glass window sits the relatively tiny brewhouse. The star of the brewhouse on the right are 2 wooden foeders installed about 8 months ago. This is the draw of the Roselle location for Pollyanna. They are hoping to be pumping out some sours and wild ales from these behemoths. Currently they are still bubbling away.

BYO food with some food trucks.

Service can be forgetful, especially when busy, but who isn't. They will be pleasant, understanding, and knowledgable, and are more than willing to answer questions.
