Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy yellow-gold color with a finger of bright white head. The head is gone in a hurry, but leaves a fair amount of sticky lacing before settling into a thin sheet.
The aroma brings notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and orange juice before a wave of earthy, dank pine and bready malts.
The flavor follows the nose. Lots of pineapple, grapefruit flesh, orange and mango before some sweet, doughy malts. Finishes faintly bitter and dank.
The feel is medium bodied with soft carbonation. Very creamy and smooth.
Overall, a very good DIPA. It's relatively well-balanced and drinkable, and the alcohol is almost non-existent. It's a bit green, but I'd love to see how it holds up over the next couple weeks.

some decent characteriticits to this one but overall it came through a bit harsh and sharp. some like spicy onion and overly dank character overpowers the more pleasant fruity and pine notes. decent but not a stand out!

I continue to be impressed with Goodfire's releases. For me, Hydro took a few weeks to settle down in can format, but Tri Combs is stellar. A pale yellow hue, like pineapple juice, with a great head of foam that gives off great aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp, relatively smooth, and refreshing with a nice lingering finish.
