The clear liquid is yellow, the two-finger head sinks down quickly leaving quite a lot of lacing. It looks pretty much like a pilsner.

The smell is hoppy with notes of grapefruits, lemon peel, apricots and bitter orange. Some clean sweet notes, too, and a hint of paper/pulp.

The taste is first just bitter. It is overall light and a bit dry. Citric juice and peel, mostly grapefruit. Light body. The aftertaste brings some lore of the exotic fruits and a growing distinct lactose sweetness. Clean bitter fruity flavours in the surprisingly long finish.

The carbonation is medium strong, the mid-sized bubbles are smooth. The liquid is rather smooth.

I have had this beer to some spicy BBQ, and then I didn’t notice the lack of body as I did today.

Canned in a little stubbie 330ml crafty craft can and I do believe purchased from Timperley Village Bargain Booze
Pours a fairly clear golden bidy with good thick white head
Aroma is lemon detergent
Flavour is citrus with biscuity malt

Pours slightly hazy, pale gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is orange, lemon and starfruit. Light body, slightly bitter with high carbonation. Excellent summer sipper. Might be my favorite from them so far. Pleasant fruit combination with English ipa, not juicy like a NEIPA.

Can. Clear gold with a frothy head which reduces to nothing.
Smells of oranges and lemons.
Tastes like a muted version of the aroma. Clean bitter finish. Some light grapefruit tartness.
Light and refreshing.
Decent but could do with some alcohol!

355 mL can from the LCBO; best before Jan 20 2022 and served barely chilled. Brewed in Vancouver for the Canadian market; listed at 0.4%.

Pours a slightly fogged lemon drop yellow colour, producing one finger of soapy, frothy white head that settles off within two minutes or so. A tight collar of suds remains in place, but with no cap and very little lacing - looks fine, I suppose. It smells of grainy pale malts, sourdough and faint popcorn, with hints of citrus, passion fruit, and piney, slightly spicy hops. It smells alright, but I gotta ding it a little for that buttery note.

Pretty straightforward - it's fruity and generally appealing, albeit in a very diluted sense. Hints of tropical fruit and berries at the forefront, with orange citrus, milk sugar and doughy, grainy pale malts coming through by the middle of the sip. It concludes with weak suggestions of piney, earthy, vaguely floral hops that impart a gentle bitterness to the finish, which lingers briefly into a fruity, grainy aftertaste that soon dissipates. Very light in body - downright watery, actually, with low carbonation that limply nudges the surface of the palate; feels wet and a little on the flat side. You could chug this back I guess, but I feel as if that'd defeat the purpose of drinking a low calorie beer.

Final Grade: 3.39, a B-. Paradiso Citra IPA is not bad for what it is, but it's definitely thin & watery, with the mouthfeel in particular leaving much to be desired. The hop aspects don't shine through as much as I'd like - it says 42 IBUs on the back, but that doesn't translate effectively into the flavour profile. I really need to review more NA beers so I can get a better feel for an 'average' one vs. a 'good' one - I feel like this'd be somewhere in between, but without more experience I can't really say anything more substantive than 'I didn't mind it'.
