Wild Hay Ride Peach Farmhouse Ale

This is the bottle-conditioned version of our rustic farmhouse-style ale with an aroma of peach preserves and a distinct earthy dryness. Pilsner, Vienna, and Spelt malts lend a soft bready and nutty base. After a primary fermentation with a mixed culture of saison yeast and brettanomyces, this beer was left to age for 4 months on 250 lbs of fresh Alabama peaches in stainless steel. Wild Hay Ride is naturally carbonated and will age well, but is also great enjoyed fresh on a warm fall day.
