Cellared a year. Murky cherry red body, white ring. Huge lacto and cherry in both smell and taste, funk is very subdued. There really isn't much else. Feel is very sour and acidic, heartburn city! Body is lighter but never thin. One dimensional and spooky how sour it is

Pours a bright orange color with a very quick, fizzy head. No lacing, no retention.

The smell is lacto and maybe some cherry in there.

The taste is very sour with a nice that cherry finish and a hint of oak. The cherries linger and are very good.

The mouthfeel is thin and fizzy.

Overall this is very enjoyable. Glad I tried it.
