Rye IPA DDH with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Hallertau Blanc.
Another dragon has appeared along your quest! This is a diminutive direct descendent of The Dragon DIPA itself! In terms of alcohol, but not flavor! It has all of the same Nelson, Mosaic, and Hallertau Blanc hop aromatics: gooseberry, berry, and spice. All without as much alcohol or sweetness. A cooler whirlpool temperature allowed us to maintain balance, by reducing bitterness without sacrificing that saturated hop flavor. It smells like a DIPA, but it drinks like a pale ale. Where there’s smoke there’s (fire)
