Great spot right at CitiField, wish I knew about it earlier, it's a definite go-to now before every Mets game. Tremendous (45+) selection on tap, mainly of their own and also a bunch of guest beers. Great, attentive staff. Definitely worth a visit!!!

Large cavernous beer hall at Citi field. Lots of people when I went on gameday, and an amazing selection of beers. They also had table games and ample seating with a brand new facility. They also have take away bottles and cans as well.

its so cool these guys opened another brewery in the states, i think it helps so much for freshness and availability, and the more fresh mikkeller beer that exists, the better. they are one of my favorites, and it was fun to check the place out. its situated in the stadium where the mets place baseball, hence a lot of baseball names and label art for the beers. it occupies a huge space, i mean enormous, so it was weird that it was mostly empty when we were in, must really pop on game days, but on a random weeknight, not so much. it doesnt quite have the same european chic sort of danish minimalist vibe as the other mikkeller spaces i have been to, the facade is there, but it feels a little more manufactured here, not so quirky and esoteric, more mass appeal, but still a cool space. the sports on tv were kind of odd, but i guess that makes sense in the stadium location. the best part is the enormous list of beers they have in here, i mean, tons and tons of stuff from both mikkeller locations domestically, some still from de proef and others, as well as some relevant guest taps and a killer nitro coffee, so there is plenty to choose from in here. some rarer mikkeller hits were in like the spontandoubleraspberry and the barrel aged beer geek cocoa shake, both of which were new to me. they had a lot from the nyc location, a few that were outstanding like angels in the stoutfield, but also a couple lackluster lager types and ipas that werent quite prime, and then a beer called marietta red that i didnt really like at all. small but relevant bottle selection too. service was just whatever, dude had no enthusiasm for the beer at all, didnt seem to know much, a big change from other locations ive been to, but he kept our glasses full at least. it was cool to try so many new mikkeller beers in here, i get what they are going for and seem to be doing it pretty well, but this really didnt compare in overall quality to the san diego location that we visited over the summer. its still new and im sure they will get there, some great beers, but also some not so great, im sure they will get there, and its still definitely worth adding to your list if you are even remotely a mikkeller fan.

We really liked this place. It was chill, super big tables, three dozen taps including guest taps, their own bottles and some other brewers. Great service, free parking,, and it was the off season -that's likely when to go.

This place is a great addition to the Citi Field beer world...located just out side the right field entrance to the stadium...great place for high quality brew before and/or after the game...once you go into the stadium, you cannot get back into the bar....60 drafts, 40 from Mikkeller and 20 guests...crating a truly impressive tap list...go to beermenus.com for the details, but rest assured this is one of the best tap lists you will find - ANYWHERE,

Large room, with big windows, very high ceilings, fun, light and brights atmosphere, brewery tanks all visible. Light wood communal tables for 4 or 6, as well as high round tables and comfortable swiveling metal chairs.

Friendly staff, be sure to bring your ID and a credit card...place operates on credit...no cash changes hands here.

Also cans available to go, a large and well staffed main bar, a side 3 tap mini bar, tasty bites/burgers/sand-wedges...beer prices quite reasonable...we enjoyed a few Mikkeller standard kinda IPA's, $7 for a 16 ounce pour...when you go to Citi field for a Mets game, any other event or if you are in the area for whatever reason...this is a must hit destination...they are open every day, not just when something is happening at the stadium
