On tap at Crafted art of the taco in Greensboro in a pint glass. Pours crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a thin white head that reduces to a spotty lace cap, with minimal spotty lacing and some streaming carbonation. Not much aromas, Bit of grain fruits. Tastes of cracker, bread dough, wood, herbal, grass, peppercorn. Moderate herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body. Balanced bready malts and sticky hops. Light lingering resins on the dry finish. Crisp, clean, and refreshing finishing. Very clean lager flavors. Not much adjuncts. Very well made style example, very enjoyable.
