A: Pensively deep boysenberry and hotter fuchsia tones. Has the the frosted haze of a melted ice pop. Sensationally effervescent pour, like dropping an antacid tablet, produces a large, shiny head with a glossy bubble sheen.
S: Bumbleberry jam, pluots, husky mango, and very floral--mountain laurel--along with passionfruit puree. Smell is more floral-passionfruit with an ambiguous berry so I knocked it there.
M: Med bodied, excellent carbonation gives it a smooth and silky feel, and a light, semi-dry finish.
T: Passionfruit, a notch or two less sweet than the nose. Wheaties, blueberries, one teaspoon of turbinado sugar. The sweetness is nuanced, somewhat deep and earthy while also bright and vapid like beet water. It plays nice with the supremely tart-sour fruitiness, though, and is really nicely balanced. Not much noticeable lactic sour flavor, it's totally buried by the ethereal fruit.
