L- It's basically juice. Color is somewhere between pineapple and orange. Thin, soapy head.

S- Lots of fruit. Pineapple, mango, guava. Sugary. Just a hint of piney bitterness at times.
T- More fruit. A bit of bitterness on the end.

F- Very smooth, not much carbonation.

O- Right up there with Mikerphone in the best NE IPA's I've had from Illinois (Get-Fresh Flow was a bit better). I'd really love to try some of the "real ones" to compare.

A-Orange juice, hazy, murky

S-Mango, melon citrus

T-Where the beer shines most. Massive tropical citrus-like notes.

F-Soft pillowy carbonation is wonderful on the pallet.

O-One of if not the best current IPA from Chicago-land. Right up there with NE hops. Maybe just a step down from TH, Trill and Bissell.

On draft at the Ram-Schaumburg location

This is about as good of a DIPA/IPA in comparison to Tree House juicy beers as it gets. Very very hazy, mango-orange puree color. Floral aroma just beats up the nose. Mango, citrus, passion fruit… it's there. Taste follows the smell in deliciousness. The mouthfeel is very full for a DIPA, yet smooth and refreshing which is perfect for a hot summer day. This is Julius-like in my opinion. Very much what people are use to in the NE from Tree House. If the Ram would only brew this more consistently I wouldn't even bother looking for NE hops.

Get this when you can. It is a top 2 PA/IPA/DIPA for me, fighting for my fav of all time with Julius.

That little pocket of New England that's attributed to the most state-of-the-art IPA has now gone mainstream. The RAM franchise tap into the haze, the tropics, the fruitiness and the smoothness that's put some of the greatest IPA on the craft beer map.

Juicy pours an opaque golden hue, somewhat of the visual consistency of tapioca. Firmly capped with a rich lather, the scent is chocked full of fruit juiciness ranging from tropical to citrus, to leafy, to melon- all of the fresh squeezed varieties. Flavors seemingly of true fructose, sherbet and creamsicle frame a sugary but plump sweetness.

As the ale latches onto the tongue, its sweetness drifts and the hop flavor gains intensity across the middle palate. White grapefruit, tangerine, lemon & lime, pineapple, mango, apricot, gooseberry, kiwi and cantaloup all create a sensation of hawaiian punch but with a bitter, herbal and resinous closure.

Medium-bodied, the beer's creamy upstart slowly relaxes and the bitterness grows. Sassafras, fresh grassiness, verbena and tea is laced with pine sap and a peppery bite. An aftertaste of fruit juice and bitter citrus peel chase a smooth bitterness into a long and savory afterglow.

Super hazy golden orange. White head.

Tropical and citrus bomb. Lots of mango and grapefruit. Papaya and orange. Very fruity. Some floral hops. A bit bitter. A bit sticky.

Great dipa. More bitter than the NE ones but still very enjoyable.

Pours a beautiful bright sun yellow orange with a good deal of haze and a fluffy finger of foam.

Pungent orange, grapefruit and citrus fruit aromas with tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango.

Wow, very juicy! Bright citrus fruit washes over the tongue sip after sip and leaves you wanting more!

Medium-bodied, low carbonation, juicy, soft, super smooth.

Overall, definitely one of Ram's best brews and hands down one of the best DIPAs in Illinois.

16oz can, Batch 3, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass. Enjoyed on 10.4.16, reviewed from Tasting Journal.

The beer pours a ridiculously turbid orange color that looks exactly like a glass of juice. A thick finger of foamy white head rests atop the glass that has great retention lace. The aroma is super tropical, lots of pineapple, juicy citrus, light pine, dank grassiness that's quite floral with just a touch sweet grain. The flavors burst out of the glass, incredibly citrus forward, very juicy, tropical fruits, a touch of resinous pine and grassiness, that dank quality sneaks out with some wildflower but this beer is so juicy and fruity, aptly named, with just a touch of pale wheat and biscuity malt. The mouthfeel is great, creamy, full bodied with lower carbonation, coating with a dry kick at the finish that is slightly warm from the alcohol.

Verdict: A great IPA from Ram, nails that NE IPA trend and is one of the best attempts I've had at it from anywhere in the country. Tons of juicy fruit, citrus and a nice floral quality makes this one hell of an IPA, really beautiful beer.
