16oz can from Tavour. Murky dark yellow pour: huge, white rocky head. Citrusy aroma, fruity, hoppy. Taste starts zesty, citrus peel, grapefruit. More zippy hops than the normal version and not as sweet. No apparent ABV, but bitterness lingers on the tongue. Creamy feel, heavy.

Starts out with a great cloudy straw appearance with nice white head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is a mild grapefruit/citrus. Taste is a very mild grapefruit/citrus very smooth but not as flavorful as expected. A little thin

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy dark yellow in color and has some hints of brownish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high dense off white head that has very good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides o the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pineapple and pear are present in the nose along with notes of mango.
T: The taste follows the smell but the flavors of pear are stronger and there are additional notes of stone fruit. Only a light amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a heavy dose of aromas and flavors of hops but is quite drinkable considering its strength as it does a very good job at masking any traces of alcohol from the taste.

On tap at Turning Point Brewing, a juicy, orange, pineapple colored IPA with a small creamy head. The aroma is hoppy and orange pineapple. Very interesting and equally tasty. A very nice blend of hops that really brings out the citrus flavors. A smooth mouthfeel with a little stickiness on the tongue. The 10.5% ABV is well hidden. Overall a pretty amazing beer compared to other Triple DDH NE style IPA’s I have had. Good job Turning Point.

Very rich, creamy IPA. Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Murky orange yell color with a cream head and good lacing. Very nice orange smell and taste. Sweet vanilla and a bit of booze. A unique beer.
