I’d say the night I went was before a Struts concert next door so the place was hoppin with a really cool vibe and the concert rocked! Although we had to wait for a table, we were able to grab a beer in the outside heated tent(you can’t make this shit up) so I grabbed an Xmas IPA which was pretty decent. Once seated we decided to go for a bunch of items off of the menu and then share between the three of us. We liked the tacos, brisket sandwich and the soft pretzel but weren’t very excited with the Korean wings(rubber city). The rest of the beer we selected was good for sure as this place has more than you run of the mill Goose offerings normally found around town but nothing besides goose is on the list.

That Chicago feel right here in Philly. The new brewpub is a polished place with lots of space, and overall about what you'd expect from a GI/money venue. Hip/active/trained bartenders for a streamlined service experience. The full spread of GI beers on tap, with a nice bottle selection, as well as some rarities. I mean a week or two into opening, and I've already seen 3 BC variants, so, I mean, put your InBev thoughts aside and just have some good beers. In my opinion this is a good thing, and takes some of the load off the BC hype that has plagued our city since they started distributing here. I haven't tried the food yet, but as I'm sure I'll visit the brewhouse again, I'm sure I will also examine the menu in the near future.
