I would describe this as a large upscale market with an eclectic mix of "stuff." I like shopping here because there is so much to browse through. The wine selection is pretty good and very well organized. This store offers a good selection of craft beers, including a few that you don't see on the grocery store shelves in the area. There are quite a few individually-priced singles available. They also offer economy-priced pre-made mix packs of local/Ohio brews and imported beers. Be sure to check dates. Not much of the stock is refrigerated, so freshness may be an issue. Still, worth a stop if you're in the area.

I will usually stop in here once or twice a month.

Selection is pretty good, both of bombers and six packs. Nothing out of this world, but tend to have a decent lineup of Founders and Bells, as well as Stone, Troegs, etc.

Decent selection of singles. Again, nothing spectacular, but the prices are pretty good, and I can usually put together a solid six pack (lots of Bells and DFH is usually available).

Again, not an outstanding place for beer, but if I need some singles or something in a pinch, it does the trick.

World Market is right next to my place in Dublin, Ohio, but it usually is my last resort for craft beer. Why?

Well, just about any other big-box in Greater Columbus stocks good craft beer these days, and the selection at World Market is not exactly mind-blowing.

They've got lots of singles (a lil' pricey), some bombers (Stone, Chimay and the usual suspects) and a bunch of six-packs (Sierra, Great Lakes, Heavy Seas). Alright selection but not great.

Another issue seems to be the freshness. I bought a six pack of Heavy Seas Loose Cannon that had "expired" six months ago. Obviously this World Market is not frequented by beer drinkers!!

I'll drop by for an emergency brew, but this is not a truly worth stop in the area. Drive a couple miles further to The Andersons for the BEST selection in Columbus.

I hadn't realized World Market carried beer until I was recently at one in Minneapolis, MN, where the beer is right up front. Besides beer, the store carries furniture, glass and tableware (picked up a Hoegaarden style tumbler), and food (the olives are excellent). Beer is located next to the wine in the back of the store. Two endcaps and one side of an aisle of 6 and 12 packs. Solid selection of local micros like bell's and great lakes. The endcap closest to the front of the store had singles of popular micros (bell's two hearted ale, liberty ale, SNPA, and exports like grolsch). The other endcap had Belgian (Corsendonk and even Cantillon Lou Pepe) and some German wheat beers, including a range of Weihenstephaner offerings. The store had an employee in the wine/beer section, but she was helping another customer, so service seemed fine. World Market doesn't have the selection of other stores in Columbus, but worth a stop if you are in the area.

As others have stated, this is the same as the other CPWM's but I dig these kinds of places. You gotta love a place where you can buy beer as well as the appropriate glassware to consume it! I do like the mix-n-match a six pack deal with the individual selection. Also, the 10 packs of American craft beers or imports is a nice way to expand your horizons. Didn't see anything I couldn't get elsewhere but I like the different options. Didn't see anyone in the beer and wine section but the cashier was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking in this location and it's off the beaten path enough that it's easy to get in and out of. Definitely worth at least a trip to see what it's all about.

This store follows the same pattern as other Ohio Cost Plus locations with a fair number of different world and craft beers, yet it somehow seemed to have less quality and selection than the other Columbus locations. The normal service reigns and singles are easily available. Just seems like a less robust selection. Did notice prepackaged assortments of summer beers. Hadn't seen that before at other CPWMs but it may be a new item. Way too pricey when prepackaged compared with those on the West Coast.

This World market is similar to any other one I have been to. It is in the Tuttle Mall area of Dublin/Hilliard. It is in a large strip mall near Best Buy, Wal-Mart etc so parking is plentiful.

World Market is a great store. It is like Pier 1 but with alcohol. They have a selection of wines and beers from all over the world. The best thing is their "beer endcap", which allows to to mix and match single bottles from pretty much any of the 6-packs they carry. What a wonderful way to sample beers!

You can also find some Belgian brews like Corsendonk in larger bottles. Regionals like Great Lakes are usually in stock as well. All in all, this is a one-stop place to try 50+ beers without having to buy more than one bottle at a time. While you're there, you can get a chair from Japan and some placemats from India.

The service here is decent. You can usually find someone in the beer/wine section of the store who knows what they are talking about.
