Notes:
This beer utilizes Passionfruit and guavas from our tree in the parking lot. 30% is aged in red wine barrels and 70% is aged in stainless steel. The beer is fermented with our house cultures that contain lactobacillus, pediococcus, and brettanomyces. The exotic, ripe qualities of the unique fruit comes through as refreshingly zippy, aromatic, funky, and fun!

Pours a bright yet cloudy gold with foamy white head that quickly settles to a layer across the top and sides of the glass. Aroma is musty barnyard funk and sour tropical fruit. Taste is guava, sweet oranges, passionfruit and lemon. Can really taste the guava individually. Ends with a nice sweet and full lemon tart finish. Overall - extremely crisp and refreshing. Sour tropical fruit soda.

On tap at the LA Beer Week Kickoff Festival held at Exposition Park in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a murky yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is sour with tropical fruit juice, passionfruit, and guava aromas. Taste is much the same with sour passionfruit and guava flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer that is super tasty, refreshing, and easy to drink.

So.....this review is based on the second attempt at drinking this. Our first bottle literally had a dead fly in it. Drain pour! I couldnt drink it knowing that sucker was floating around and degrading for at least a month. The flyless version was a very tasty brew. Great color, nice and tart. Can really taste the fruit.
