This beer utilizes Passionfruit and guavas from our tree in the parking lot. 30% is aged in red wine barrels and 70% is aged in stainless steel. The beer is fermented with our house cultures that contain lactobacillus, pediococcus, and brettanomyces. The exotic, ripe qualities of the unique fruit comes through as refreshingly zippy, aromatic, funky, and fun!

Batch 3:
Mostly cloudy hazy yellow with a dissipating frothy white foam head. Smells like fresh guava and tart passionfruits, French oak, red wine barrel, sour vinegary funk, tart tropical citrus, with dusty floral earthy hops. Tastes really sour and vinegary with some tropical passionfruit and guava fruits, acidic red wine, French oak barrels, some oaky spice, barnyard funk, cider notes, with dusty floral earthy hops. Feels medium light bodied, smooth with moderate high carbonation. Overall a nice and puckery sour ale with passionfruit and guava.

Hazy bright gold with a minimal bubbly blanket.
Smell is lime candy and Altoids. Super weird.
Taste is very sour tart lime, and very light on the guava. Didn't taste any passion fruit.
