Inspired by the classic southern drink, this ginger beer blends the boldness of black tea with the brightness of fresh lemon.

Purchased as a 6oz draft pour from The Blue Door for $3.50.
L - Orange, with a slight haze. Zero head.
S - Mild ginger peel, fresh lemon juice. Herbal notes.
T - Filled with that flavor of fresh lemon juice. Weaker notes of tea, though I can't really define the leaf used. A bit of heat on the back of the throat on the finish.
F - Medium-light in body, with medium carbonation. Extremely drinkable. Refreshing.
O - A solid ginger beer. Not really complex. Super lemony, but not tart. I'll pick up a six-pack if they sell it.
