This double IPA showcases Cascade hops. We blended additional citrus flavors from Citra and Mosaic in the dry hop to provide a ripe and juicy encounter. This version has been conditioned on Mango purée.

Very similar to the Great Notion Mango Ripe. Not enough mango character. Maybe it just doesn’t do well with IPAs. Medium bodied and fairly creamy.
