A collaboration IPA brewed with our friends from Le Ketch.
We built a nice little IPA base, and like they do in Sainte-Flavie, QC, we then added some honey to the whirlpool.
It was dry hopped with Citra, Motueka and Motueka hop kief (basically a more lupulin filled, less plant matter product from the awesome folk at Freestyle Hops).
Its densely layered in lupulin goodness. We taste mixed lemon lime, papaya and tropical fruit.
