A - Dark mahogony, nice head that quickly settles. Very good lacing
S - Sour/dark cherries, fruity esters, some grapefruit, vanilla, tobacco
T - Very sour, astringent, slightly sweet on the back of the tongue, bitter after
M - makes you pucker like a good sour should
O - a very good aged sour. I like all of the barrel aged beers Ive had from IBC a lot more then I like their everyday beers.

Bottle pour at the BevMo Holiday Beerfest held at Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles, CA.

Pours a murky dark orange-red with a foamy khaki head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is sour and tart with some malt and cherry aromas. Taste is much the same with an acidic and woody flavor on the finish. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that smells better than it tastes in my opinion.
