Very Good
Notes: Our series of fruited American Sour Ales come from a love of fresh fruit flavors combined with mouth-watering acidity. We take the same golden sour base beer and referment it with different fruit combinations. Cherry and pineapple, while distinctive, are what cocktails and dreams are made of. Explosive fruit notes erupt from the glass, and one is left with a quenched thirst, yet thirsty for more.

Looks like a Rose wine, the dissipated in under five seconds completely and there is zero lacing. Smell is slightly sour cherries and pineapple. Tastes of sour cherries and unripe pineapple with very mild funk and yeast. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry and tart mouth feel.

Decent head production, but relatively poor retention. Brew is a pleasant dark reddish-amber hue, hazy and translucent.

Nose is mildly sour, fruity, and musty. Pineapple, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, lemon; it's a touch muddled, but pleasant.

Nicely tart and mildly funky on the palate, with the fruit really hitting around the second third and through the finish. Pineapple and cherry come together in a way definitely reminiscent of strawberries, oddly enough. Some caramel and light funk. Really pleasant profile.

Smooth and a touch oily on the palate; light-medium bodied and active. A really pleasant beer overall.

Not bad. A pleasant fruit beer with some carbonation but kind of the milder side of kettle sours. You get some cherry but not much pineapple. Refreshing and tasty.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellowish pink in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface that eventually completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of pineapples are present in the nose along with notes of cherries.
T: The taste is somewhat sour and has initial flavors of pineapples along with hints of cherries (mostly in the finish).
M: It feels light-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: When I first saw this beer, I thought the combination of pineapples and cherries wouldn't work that well, but I liked it because the cherries really helped to cut through the acidity of the pineapples.

Crowler from the brewery.
Minimal head, no matter how vigorous the pour. Sparse lacing. After warming, clear golden blonde.
Strong sour pineapple and yeasty aromas, with tropical and citrus notes in the background.
Cherry flavor comes through distinctly and is well integrated with the pineapple, tropical fruits, and citrus.
Lively carbonation despite the lack of head. Tart, but not assaultive. Too smooth for this ABV, a crowler doesn't last long.
Looks like I'm an outlier on the high side on this beer. It's a favorite fruited blonde in my fridge.
