Look: Pours a hazy straw yellow color - almost the shade of applejuice - with a two finger, off white head of finely condensed foam. The head fizzles away within about 30 seconds, leaving no lacing.
Aroma: Not the most powerful nose. Light notes of lactose/milk sugar. Maybe a bit of mango and orange.
Taste: Flavor is tart, but pleasantly so, without being vinegary or abrasive so as to complement the lighter, more fruity flavors. I'm getting a good amount of salt; which in tandem with the sourness comes together with the milk sugar to coalesce into very pleasant flavors of mango, grapefruit and tangerine ice cream or gelato.
Feel: 7.5% abv is somewhat prevalent on the feel. It would not have been noticeable if not for how quickly and smoothly this beer went down, but there is just the slightest nip of alcoholic heat on the tail end. A sweet and sour, somewhat savory/umami flavor is imparted to the palate as well, probably from the salt.
Overall: Weak aroma and appearance but the flavor and mouthfeel is excellent.

16oz can served in a pair of WABL tasters. Dated 08/31/21. I think I bought it in NYC and brought it home with me a couple months ago.
Pours murk amber-orange with a small flash of head that disappears and leaves no trace. Smell is kettle sour and tropical fruit.
Taste is tropical juicy, with a strong (but not deadly) dose of kettle sour.
Mouthfeel is thick and dry. Overall, it's not bad, but it's definitely not my style.

Part of the craft beer lover's woes are to decide between sour flavor or a worthwhile alcohol content. They need to search no further than Edmund Oast. Their "imperial" sour ale may be shy of standard imperial alcohol ranges, but their elevated abv. and tropical medley of passionfruit, mango and guava make this beer certainly worth it.
Pale golden and glowing with a straw-like lightness, Order of Magnitude immediately drifts across the nose with a tropical fruit medley that radiates from a cottony white froth. With a sour twinge to the nose, a winey and citrusy fragrance also persists. Creamy sweet upon its taste, the early impressions of sourdough, cream of wheat and light cereal creates a starchy buffer between the acidity and the tastebuds.
But as the middle palate rolls along, the creamy malts drift away and the sourness soaks the tastebuds with fruit and acidity. The play of passionfruit, mango and guava also carry connotative tastes of lime, lemon, orange and papaya with a mixed drink or sangria-like impression. The sourness that impedes the fruit is laced with its own brazen crabapple, gooseberry and citric acidity for both balance and refreshment late on the tongue.
Creamy, sour and with just enough of a supportive malt sweetness, the beer aligns on the tongue like an herbal and sour sherbet. Order of Magaitude finishes succulent and sour with a rounded salinity and an overall juicy dryness. It really does everything that we want a modern day sour ale to do.

Sour and tropical being the primary profile. First beer from them and very, very pleased.

Can from Vinyl Beer on the UES NYC. Pours opaque gold with creamy white head that dissipates, decent lacing, smell is sour passionfruit and guava, and funky dried mango, taste is deep overripe passionfruit nectar, guava, fairly sweet, but nicely cut with sour mango on the finish, feel is medium to full bodied creamy with nice carbonation. A sour tropical fruit bonanza! Yuuuum!

16 oz can, canned 10/18/19
Batch 19 glass.
Pours an absolutely gorgeous glowing hazy lava lamp-like blonde with a creamy cap of 2 fingers, diminishing quickly to a foamy loogie on the top.
Aroma nearly puckers your cheeks inside out - very sour, with slight vinegar and acidic undertones. Picking out some grapefruit, lychee, passion fruit, mango, and guava.
"Holy fucking shit!" - my exact exclamation. INSANE flavor. This beer is absolutely positively king of sours. The mango, passionfruit, lychee, guava, passionfruit, and starfruit all come swinging like the end of the world. It's like a comet of flavor in your mouth. Rivaling the flavor level of a Warhead, the fruit is real and tangible. Even the sea salt is there. Slight vinegar and citric aftertastes. I wish I could give this taste higher than a 5. It is literally beyond perfect.
Feel is citric, mildly carbonated, acidic, puckering, with no heat, and fizzles on the tongue at the finish.
Overall, a beer that needs to go on your bucket list. Damn it this beer was good.

Hazy, translucent body the color of mango flesh. Head production is good, but retention is fair at best.
Guava is quite noticeable on the nose, along with a sharp acidity, overripe fruit, mango, and passion fruit. Other tones include peach and ruby red grapefruit.
Immediately and strongly sour on the palate, but the fruit quickly make themselves known, with guava leading the way, mango following, and passion fruit adding to and complementing the others. Sourness comes across simultaneously vinegary and citric, with notes of red wine vinegar and lemon. Salty kiss on the finish.
Puckering up front, fairly thick and full bodied, with a lasting pucker.
This is a remarkably juicy sour, really highlighting the added fruit without losing any of the sour punch.

This was absolutely fantastic! Great balance of flavors with guava and mango on the forefront. Follows with tart and salt. Will definitely be seeking this one out for the summer.

No canned on date.
Order of Magnitude pours an opaque golden orange. Not too much rising head, and only a thin ring of carbonation that settles in a thin ring around the top of the beer.
The tropical fruit influence is very present on the nose, with passionfruit and guava really standing out. The sweet nectar essence from the mango is there throughout on the backbone to give some further tropical complexity, but there's no mistaking this one.
Great balance of flavors, the guava really shines here. It's tart but not overly so, with the added lactose helping to soften the blow to a nice comfortable level. Full of sweet, tropical flavors, the mango really stands out as well, especially as the beer opens up some more. This beer gives you just what was advertised.
Fairly light bodied, tart with only a touch of acidity. The lactose softens that typically sharp carbonation familiar to the style, and overall everything really works here like clockwork.
