A good beer all around, Above average on all the metrics, definitely a step up from most pilsners.

Another great beer from Full Sail.
This is a sit-on-the-porch-with-chips beer. Wonderful on a summer evening. Pretty head! Simple, sharp, nice bite.

12oz bottle x2
A soft pour yields about one finger of white head into my pilsner glass. Very willowy, looks nice. The body is a crystal clear yellow. Pretty good amount of carbonation coming up. Overall this looks very nice so far.
Nose is fresh cut grass, sharp bitterness. A little bit citrusy, primarily lemon. Says on their website that this beer is brewed in European style, with Cascade hops. I get a little bit of the wetter, northwest hops in here, but the overall feel is noble hops – crisp, simple, sharp. Pretty dry overall. Light maltyness is noticeable. Overall this is a very nice nose, exactly what I want. It’s got a pretty large aroma to it for a pilsner, a good amount of hop character, all while remaining crisp and refreshing to the nose.
The flavor is a little less complex and full as the aroma was. Light bitterness hits from beginning to end, accompanied the entire time by a light lemon flavor. Pretty dry overall. The malts don’t really diminish the dryness either, they only add a slight sweetness in the finish. Not all too grassy on the flavor. The flavor is perfectly fine, there is nothing wrong with it, but it’s missing the umph that the aroma had.
The mouthfeel is pretty good. The carbonation is about medium, could use a tiny increase in that area, but it’s fine. The body is also a tiny bit fuller than I want in a pilsner. It’s also shifting towards a slightly sweeter, less crisp mouthfeel; though, this is probably in part due to the rapid increase in temp from the summer weather. Overall it’s alright.
The drinkability is very high here. It’s a good tasting beer, and while it gets a little less refreshing as it warms a tiny bit, it’s still very nice.
The appearance turned out wonderful here. The head retention was quite impressive. I had a small piece of head all the way down the glass. Lacing was super thick from top to bottom. Overall a great looking beer.
Overall this is a perfectly fine beer. It’s got a lot of nice things going on, but it just didn’t quite make it there with the flavor and mouthfeel.

Bottle. Poured out a clear, golden-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of pine, grasses and caramel. Nice piney bitterness, with sweet toasty caramel.

A clear golden, with a small amount of bubbles rising, and a minimum amount of head, which does stick to the glass, a bit. Smells of grass/grain, a lot like salty sunflower seeds, bready, and a minor floral component. Tastes bready and sweet, but balanced, grassy/grainy. The feel is medium, average carbonation, and dry. Decent, but not stand-out.
