Had a chance to try Falcon on a brief stop in Stockholm. The appearance is a clear copper color with thin white head which laced somewhat. The smell was almost not exsistent save for the grain and maybe some subtle sweetness. The taste was ok...nothing outstanfing in my opinion. There was some sweet hints from the malt, but other than that could really pick up any distiguishing flavor. It was easy on the mouth and with low ABV could certainly drink a couple of these at a sitting.

Appearance: Falcon Ale pours a clear ochre colour along with a surprisingly tall and frothy crown, however, it diminishes pretty quickly leaving a coat of lacing along my tumbler. Continually, almost no carbonation is visible except for the occasional bubble.
Smell: Yeasty notes that reminds one of rye bread, buttery sensations present as well, other then that, not much, and the aromas being presented are all too weak I my opinion.
Taste: Sarsaparilla is the first thing that springs to mind, so pretty fresh, sweet and with hints of menthol in the aftertaste (No, I did not brush my teeth just now!) The diacetyl makes a reappearance along with a dry and mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Very creamy, rather mild in its carbonation and medium full in body.
Drinkability: Don't know if this exactly fits the bill as a pale ale, nonetheless, I do know that this is a surprisingly good folle (Swedish for "near-beer") despite its low alcohol content.

A: Amber / brown. Offwhite head with rather big bubbles, that goes away quickly.
S: Red berries (, rye bread).
T: Red berries (, rye bread), a little bitterness, sweetness, honey.
M: Moderate carboration, lightish medium body.
D: Ok. A bitterish brew. The low alcoholic content does not help.

The colour is amber. The light beige foam decreases into a finger-thick layer (with a hint of a crater) of medium-sized bubbles.
The mild smell got stains of hops and diacetyl.
The carbonation is fresh and balanced. It will probably be a bit sharp if you pour it the wrong way. The bubbles are quite small.
The taste is full of malt with a touch of burned flavours. The body is quite mild, mostly because of the low alcoholic content. The aftertaste develops into a somewhat buttery bitterness that fades quite fast.
