A fine Folköl (peoples beer) from Sweden. At 3,5% it is able to be distributed in pint cans at grocery stores, making it much more available than stronger beers(and giving it a bit more slack in my rating). It is certainly no craft beer.. fairly light and a bit watery (what do you want at 3.5%?) but very drinkable. Flavors semi sweet nutty malt taste with a bit of sour at the finish. Overall aviary(get it? falcons?) solid drinkable beer, one of the better options easily available outside of the systembolaget.

The colour is pale golden yellow. The white foam is firmer and larger than I have expected.
The smell is mild with a malty, somewhat sweet flavour with a dry hint of chalk.
The begining of the taste is bitter and a little sour. That flavour is replaced with a sweet malty taste with some body and a moderate bitterness from the hops.
Although the finte taste, I found the brew a little watery. But at 3.5% abv, anything else would have been a real surprise. A nice, very drinkable Swedish lager, this.
