The colour is pale yellow with a tint of gold. The large off-white
foam sinks quickly into a thin lid.
The fresh smell is full of bitter and aromatic hops. It is dry, fresh
and very "Pilsener". There is a touch of diacetyl and some discreet
malt.
The taste is a fresh, dry one with some sweetness that develops into
a balanced bitterness. The body is somewhat weak (probably due to the
low alcoholic content). The aftertaste is rather short, but starts
with a bitter touch that evolves into a caramel-like, fruity
sweetness.
This is an OK 3,5% abv Pilsener-copy. There are some better and lots
that are worse to choose from.
