I had a glass of this on-tap on site. This pours a medium brown color with a foamy beige head. The aroma has hints of tart fruit and bananas. The taste is mostly of tart fruit, yeast, and hints of banana. The texture is quite smooth and rich in flavor. Finishes with a bit of a tart after taste but fairly decent. Obviously not up to par as Belgian Tripels, but not bad.

One of the best Tripels I've ever sipped on.. Will get you all kinds of krunk. Wish they bottled and distributed!
