On tap at the Herkimer. This beer arrives a cloudy pale orange color. The head is a inch and a half of fluffy white foam that recedes slowly leaving rings of lacing along the sides of the glass. The aroma is rather mute even for the style. There is some bready malt, but not much else. The taste is considerably fuller than the aroma, but nothing over the top. It is bready with hints of banana. The mouthfeel is slightly lighter than medium bodied with a smooth texture, and lively carbonation. Overall, this is a nice krystal weizen that I would drink again.
