Vessel Liquor Store on the NE corner of the x in Fort & Pandora/Oak Bay , real small funky parking lot
V-medium size store , packed with wine , spirits , cider & beer
Q-great choices at comparable prices locally ,
S-friendly & knowledge staff , scored a BORG tulip
S-might have the best beer selection than any store in Victoria , (sorry Cascadia/Liquor Plus)
one aisle deadicated to craft beers plus a huge cooler stuffed with single can , 4pack , bombers & rarities

This is probably the best bottle shop in Victoria. It's not a huge shop, but it has a great beer selection. The entire back wall is a cooler with beer. They had all of the important Canadian stuff, but also a number of great American and European beers. They had 3F and Tilquin, and a great selection of barleywines and stouts. Highly recommended, and great staff.
