Nice new place just south of downtown Akron. We were there before it got crowded so I didn't get a true feel of the vibe. They have a very long, three-sided bar with quite a few tables, also. All four of the guys were there so we got plenty of attention and history along with the good beers. There was a food truck that evening which will be standard until they get the kitchen up and running in the future. They had ten beers on tap that covered the normal range along with a 177 IBU Imperial IPA. The place is worth a second stop; too bad I am not closer.

Nice place with a spacious room in downtown Akron in the same building as R. Shea Brewing. Staff has been uniformly friendly and informative about their beer. Service is quick and accurate.

The beer is solid if not spectacular. They make good stouts but they are willing to try new old styles and new ones. Varieties included stouts, IPAs, Hefeweizen, Gose, pale ales and a few New England IPAs.

Standard pub food with pizzas featured. Nothing to write home about, but our bellies were full after watching some baseball and eating a plain pizza (our test for pizza is a plain pie- if you zany bake that then you can’t make pizza). Pie was good.

The room is big and has TV screens all over the place. A few dart boards as well. Ample free parking nearby. We’ll visit again if in the area.

New brewery in an old industrial complex, and they did it right. This place has a very warm, welcoming feel. It is clean, spacious. The food is good and the beers are great. I've been here twice in 2 weeks and I plan on going back often. One of my favorite new breweries in the Akron area.

They know what they like and they like it a lot here at Missing Falls! I was told they had experience running sports bars, and that is plain to see upon walking in. They take full advantage of their copyright license by hanging the better part of a dozen screens around the space, as well as pulling down a projection screen for whatever main event happens to be playing at the time. It's not quite the assault on the senses that, say, a Legends might be, and it's relatively well organized and unchaotic.

Service is prompt and while they enjoy the sports they have on display they're attentive to the bar. They were also actively brewing and working on equipment while we were there, and it's all plain to see right out in the open behind the back end of the fairly large U-shaped bar.

The beer list is nicely varied for their relative young age, and everything we had was decent to good. They have some classic sports bar food options as well now, but we did not order any, having just come from R. Shea's new placed and scarfed down some pizza. I wouldn't be opposed to coming back and giving them another, more thorough go.
