Brothers, Andrew and Dean Wasson, and Andrew’s wife Rachel are the primary owners of Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Company. All three are proud Air Force veterans having all served as active duty Air Force Officers. This common heritage led to the decision to name our venture “Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Company” as a nod to the infamous Air Force fight song.

This place is awesome, they have a burger and a beer named after Las Cruces, NM (the beer received a silver medal at the GABF). so glad I stopped in and had a pretty tasty hazy.

This is a nice brew pub setting. The inside is long and narrow yet has plenty of bar and table seating. There's additional seating outside. It's a little noisy inside due to the hard surfaces, but it is pleasant and cozy all the same. The beer selection is wide and varied. The food is basic pub fair with generous servings. The place was full and the staff pretty busy yet courteous and professional.
All in all, a great little brew pub and well worth checking out.

Another Colorado stop for us. We hiked the nearby Castle Rock loop and beers were our rewards.
This is a stylish spot; the architect hit a home run here. A couple of bars, a lounge area, group and small table seating and two outdoor areas add to the ambiance. The large back garden is particularly nice.
Our server was quick, friendly and knew the house beers. Speaking of beers, our group of six liked everything we had and we did the gauntlet from Pilsners, Reds, APAs, IPAs, a Hefe and some sours. I noticed they even have a few house made seltzers.
To sum it up, a beautiful spot with very good beers and friendly service.
