The beer evacuates the 355ml bottle a clear gold with a generous creamy white head that upon eroding leaves a thin but covering sheet of lace. Nose is all malt, sweet with a citrus like crispness; start is lightly sweet, the malt profile adequate, and the top light in feel. Finish has a pleasing acidity, the hops quietly spicy, the aftertaste dry, a drinkable beer, but nothing to shout about.

This beer pours a pale straw yellow with a tiny white head. The head fades instantly, leaving no lace. Bubbles of carbonation quickly rise to the top of the glass.

This beer has a slight grainy aroma. It also smells slightly of citrusy hops. Maybe just a hint of spice too. It is very mild.

This beer pretty much tastes like it smells. Very mild. Some grain mixes in with some citrus and spice. Pretty boring, but not awfull.

This beer is a little over carbonated. It leaves a grainy aftertaste.

This beer would probably make a decent session beer. It isnt awfull, and the alcohol content isnt too high.

Overall: Do I like this beer? Not really. Is it the worst beer out there? Far from it. It just isnt for me.

Served into a pint glass from a 330 ml. green bottle. Medium straw in color with half an inch of short lived white foam. Some lacing initially. Pour glasses over by mid pint as a surface cap is no longer sustainable. Side by side with Dutch Windmill the pours are indistinguishable initially.

Notable yeast presence on the nose, almost tart in nature and with a bit of a cidery feel, yet not to a fault. Taste is sweet and fruity up front, offering a bit of lightly coarse grain in the middle, and finishing with more sweet citrus. Somewhat viscous in nature with a lingering lemon citrus close. Offers a better carbonation than the lack of head might suggest. An intriguing brew, yet not a 'keeper'.

Very pale gold with a large white foamy head formed from a fast pour. Head starts to fade fairly quickly.

The smell immediately brings to mind shampoo. This has the typical, not so pleasant, Euro Pale Lager smell. Not skunky though.

Quite sweet, leaves almost a sugary feel on the lips. Malty for the style. Does have a crisp finish, though it lacks in a distinct hop flavour. Not bad.

Fizzy feeling, and though it gives a strange impression of being almost sticky. Not really pleasant feeling.

One is more than enough for me with this beer.

A - Brilliant yellow with small white head. Lots of tiny bubbles floating to the top.

S - It said pils on the bottle so I was expecting something way different. Typical Euro Lager

T - Very sweet. A little bitterness at the end but not hardly enough.

M - Syrupy. Not good.

D - No thanks. I would rather drink a Heineken.

Found on my last BevMo run. It was affordable so why not give it a shot?

Pours clear gold colored beer with a white head that doesn't last.

Smell is grains with a spicy hop aroma. Scents of grass, cooked vegetables and a little bit of sulfur detected.

Taste is very neutral with a little malt base flavor and then just a bit of herbal hop. Mostly the flavor of biscuit dough and hops in this.

Mouthfeel is OK.

Drinkability is OK for what it is, a cheap beer from Poland.

Pours a clear, deep yellow color. It presents a pretty nice head, two fingers high and moderately lasting. The aroma is typical for a euro lager, sweet, grassy, and a faint background of noble hops. The taste is immediately quite sweet, with a modest caramel and bread flavor. It’s a bit sweeter than I expected, but doesn’t cross the line into cloying. Modest carbonation, and medium bodied, with a finish that gets just slightly bitter. There’s a slight floral hop bitterness that sticks around through the finish as well. This is a decent, but unremarkable brew.

Poured in a tulip, aggressively, it has a thin fizzy capper that fades quickly, some evidence left behind. Pale yellow color.

On the malted side. Some bakery dough type quality to it. Finishes really sweet and cloying. I don't know man, it just seemed a bit of a drag. Its pretty uneventfull, although its far from offensive, infact it did its job for the most part, quenched my thirst and washed away.

I like variety, and in some small way I like to buy different beer to help support keeping variety in stores, I would consider a repeat purchase because of this but nothing more.

Poured into a pint glass. Nice gold color with a small but firm white head. No lace as it reduces to a cap. Aroma is musty old grain and pumpkin pie?! Weird. Flavor is just about equivalent to the aroma. I still get that pumpkin pie sweetness, even the aftertaste is spot on pumpkin. It's a mild influence but it's unmistakeable. Aside from that there's a bit of grain and a bit of noble hops. Very thin body and appropriate carbonation. Good drinkability.

It's pronounced like "Keeper". One more sample from the Beer Traveler's pack brings us to this brew from Poland. On to the beer:

Clear straw color as it's poured, it's a light blonde with a good head when it settles into my glass. Not surpisingly from its green body, there's a bit of skunk, but it clears out for a straw and grainy aroma. Tastes like a pilsner with its herbal and hop flavors, but a bit dumbed down. It leaves a lemon aftertaste after each drink. It isn't bad overall, but I expected a little more on a bottle that read "Pils.".

Decent looking brew from the beer traverler suitcase. Maybe a touch darker in the amber hue than most euro lagers. Malty sweetness with some faint hoppiness in the background for aromas. Strong, sweet malt taste dominates with just a hint of hop bitterness at first. Hop becomes more pronounced later. Just a hint of saltiness as an aftertaste. Must be the Polish water. Bit too sticky for my tastes.

Decent Polish beer, but a bit too sweet and sticky to have more than 1 at a time.

A: Slightly hazy gold color with very active carbonation. Foamy white head has nice retention, but leaves little lace.

S: Slightly yeasty, with scents of lemon and pine. A small whiff of pepper was in the background.

T: Different. Initial sweetness as an anise flavor to it. A mild pepper bitterness provides decent balance. The taste of adjuncts (corn grits?) detracts from the experience. Finishes quite dry.

M: Medium body is slightly syrupy. Carbonation level is too high.

D: Not a remarkable beer. On par with other beers of this type, but odd anise flavor at least makes it stand out a bit. Not really worth a revisit in my book.
