Growler day after filled:
Golden leaning yellow with a foamy white head, solid lacing. Aromas seemed eager to reach my nose, escaping the growler opening before the pour. That lightly fruity dank smell was confirmed after I got the beer in the glass. A honey sweet Pilsner-esque sweetness pairs with papaya and grapefruit zest with a dank cattiness that yields to tropical notes as I dig in more. I find a still beer showcases the sweet, but a swirl brings out the weedy side.

Taste starts with honey cracker sweetness bringing a bear medium weight. Carbonation is moderate, and the beer finishes dry and fairly bitter. The dank prevails, with the sweeter notes weaving in and out but always overcome by the pungent side of the hops.

A good option for those who enjoy the American IPAs of a decade ago, though it is a bit thinner than those.

Poured a golden orange body with minimal head and lace. Great tropical fruit aroma that is light on the fruitiness with a touch of herbal goodiness. Mellow earthy hops underneath a moderate tropical fruit-like sweetness so has great balance in a medium-bodied beer that finishes slightly dry and is filling.

Pours a golden-yellow with a hint of fog through it. Head is two fingers of dense white foam. Aroma is light tropical fruits, lemongrass, herbal, and a touch of banana. Flavor profile light tropical fruits, adding just a hint of sweetness without being overly punchy of juicy. Lemongrass, herbal, banana, and grassy hops add some depth. Light dryness at the finish, not strong enough to kill off the starting tropical fruit sweetness from lingering, but a pleasant shift in dynamics nonetheless. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Light crispness with finishes soft. Overall, a well balanced and clean IPA.

Served in a 0.47l tulip from a 32oz growler.

Tall can from the source, no freshness info to be had on the can.

Pours with a light to medium haze. Final pour includes some mini yeast cake chunks.

Breast malts and some ripe fruit on the nose.

Quality IPA, on the median of traditional American and NEIPA side of things.

More yeasty/bready notes as well ripe stone fruit notes.

Delicious creation…go get some

16oz can poured into a snifter. In my opinion, this is one of the better standard American IPAs in the state of Florida. It features a really nice balance of malt (almost honey-like) sweetness and hop bitterness. Outstanding!
