Thanks to a friend for bringing this back from Poland. I had this next to a Euro pale lager and there was definite difference. This had soft bready malts with a little candy sweetness balanced by a note of earthy hops in the finish. Nothing special here, but I wouldn't turn a decent beer like this down.

Pours a slightly hazed gold with an off white head and no lacing at all. Nose is like dirt...not like earth...like dirty ingredients. Flavor is bland and uninteresting. Absolutely nothing of value there. Feel is thin like cheap ass beer which it is. Not very drinkable. There is a reason why this beer was $1.09 for a 1 pint .9 oz bottle. Horrid. Not really worth trying in any way.

Poured a medium hazy straw hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent lacing and retention.

The smell featured a light grainy malt with some floral hop aromas.

The taste was a rather bland balance of soft grains and herbal hop. Grape stem like aftertaste.

The mouthfeel was toward the thin side for the style with a chalky sensation.

Overall not a very good beer. Certainly not what I expected from a Czech Pils - little to no hop detected.

Poured from the bottle into a pint glass, beer is a hazy, golden-yellow color and a thin foamy head. Smell is sweet, corn malt, grapes, honey. The taste is similar to the nose, being primarily sweet but the taste is pretty well balanced and a clean finish. The mouthfeel is actually slightly denser than I thought, weighing in around medium bodied and it has a light bubbly carbonation. This is a very drinkable beer, pretty enjoyable... I would try it again.

Appearance- Golden straw colored brew that poured with a pourous head that dissipated VERY quickly in the pilsner glass.

Smell- Unnapealingly sour, almost like ripened gym socks with a tinge of alkali and musty hops.

Taste- Crisp hop flavor that ends with a straw twinkle on the tongue. This beer would be very good with something spicy.

Mouthfeel- very light and hoppy.

Drinkability- this beer good be consumed in mass quantities. But you can still tell the brewer tried to not sacrifice flavor for mass-production macroacity.

Clear yellow straw color with a heavy looking small lid of bubbles. Clean, but very light, aromas of dry malt and hay. Light malt and quite dry. Hint of alcohol in the finish. Light and drinkable on a hot summer day.Very slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice balance but nothing all that special.
