Lomita finally has a brewery! Best part is it is only a 5 minute walk from my house. The wife and I have been going there once a week since they opened. The beers are fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. I have not tried their food yet but it is typical bar type food, fries, bratwurst, salads and sandwiches, etc. The atmosphere while very friendly is also rather loud. No doubt the result of all the concrete and glass that surrounds the bar area. They have substantial outdoor seating for those who don't want to yell at one another inside.
