A-Pours a murky amber hue. Stingy head leaves nearly zero lacing.
S-Caramel drizzled biscuit. Light, floral hop notes. More malty than hoppy. Nose is not intense but its semi-pleasant.
T-More of the same. Under-baked biscuit dipped with liquified caramel. Hops depict some lightly spicy flower stems and citrus. Straightforward.
M-Not much bitterness. Mostly dry. Alcohol peaks out. Fairly drinkable.
O/D-Run-of-the-mill American Pale. Brewed local so it was worth a shot. WIll not purchase again.

I love this beer. Great flavor and drinkability. The color is a deep copper, with a nice spicy grapefruit and herbal finish. It pours with a tight white head that lasts through out the sesion One of my top ten beers. cant wait for thier seasonals to arive

Served on tap at the SBC restaurant in Southport CT. My server said it would be similar to a Sierra Nevada.
The color was a light copper amber with minimal foam There was a light citrus note in the nose, but it was otherwise clean.
The taste was a watered down APA - kind of like a SN light - there was a light hop in the background, but it never really influenced the taste.
Overall it was Ok - it is certainly drinkable, but don't expect a typical hoppy APA.
