Poured into a weizen glass, received a large white head that retained well and laced well as it was drank. I let it settle for a few minutes and noticed some very small particles in the bottom of the glass that looked like spices (interesting).

The aroma at fist note was of Bannana, Clove and Bread. Second sniff detected a small amount of citrus Hops.

The taste was no suprize after the aroma 1st was the bannanas, then cloves, followed by the yeast and cleansing hops. Yum! I thought there was a hint of peppers but very little in the after taste.

The feel was thin to medium but seems right for this style, refreshing and nice.

Overall this is a very drinkable beer, could do several glasses on the patio, and it is a medium low ABV.

appearance; cloudy chestnut color, off white head, dissipates slowly, leaving much thick lacing.

smell; plum-like yeasty sweetness. Mild wet cloves.

taste; rich yeast and wheat, even some barley malt notes. Spicy fried banana comes to mind, pretty exceptional for the style.

mouthfeel; medium bodied with a chalky thickness. Carbonation is fine and thick in a fizzy way. The finish is slick and a little chewy.

drinkability; standard for the style, more of a summer beer. Kind of heavy but refreshing nevertheless.

Poured into a weizen glass.

A - A polluted brown hue with a touch of rich orange. Massive, frothy head that has great retention and lacing.

S - Banana, clove and dark fruits.

T - Nothing crazy here. A bit watered down flavors of bubblegum, pear, banana and clove.

M - A light-medium body with fair carbonation. A bit thin for the style.

O - A pretty good beer that I would not mind having again at a measly $2/ 500ml bottle. Many make this beer look meager in comparison, though alone it is not all that bad.

Dark, hazy brown with a big foamy eggshell cap. Fresh pumpernickel yeastiness and over-ripe banana with clove spice in the nose. Soft lemon and bubblegum with some breadiness, a mild take on the style. Medium light bodied with plenty of carbonation. Decent and easy drinking but nothing to write home about.

Super murky deep copper color with a thick white head. Spicy yeast with lots of bread and clove character on the nose. some dark fruit. Head shows no signs of dieing.

Light body with rich flavors. Dark fruits and bright malts. Good balance. Crisp clean finish. Cleanses the palate with a slight yeast bite. Creamy mouthfeel. Pretty nice.

Holds together very well and showcases bright fruit flavors of apples and pie crust while remaining dark in character.

This beer pours out as a muddy looking brown color with a tan head that is pretty big at first then settles down. The aromas of this brew are heavy in the banana and clove area. The smell of the beer is also on the soft side and earthy. The taste of this beer reminded me pretty much of any other type of dunkelweizen. The mouthfeel was soft and smooth. Very drinkable and a little dry in the aftertaste. Not too bad but there are better out there.

A: Light tan color, not too cloudy, 2" of head easily. The head looks nice and creamy.
S: The aroma hit me before I even got close to it. Mostly banana, some slight clove, not much malt in the aroma. Nice.
T: Taste is rather light. Slight bubble gum, a bit lemony, a little watery. Some slight sweetness. A little papery.
M: The nouthfeel seems off for this beer, just too watery, while there is a fairly present head, not very carbonated. Maybe I poured this too fast.
O: Not a bad beer, I think there are better versions of this. A bit better in terms of mouthfeel and a bit more flavor (higher mash temp?) and this would be pretty good.

A: The beer is cloudy brownish yellow in color and has a high amount of carbonation. It poured into a weizen glass with a finger high head that slowly died down but never completely faded away, consistently leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: There are light to moderate aromas of banana, bubble gum, clove and dark fruit in the nose.
T: The taste is very similar to the smell and has notes of yeast but isn’t very pronounced.
M: It feels light-bodied and a bit thin on the palate with a high amount of carbonation.
O: This beer might not be as flavorful compared to other beers in the style, but it’s very drinkable.
