Light copper in color. Smells absolutely dank, earthy, herbal and weedy. It's like hops put in the kettle minutes after it was pulled from the land. The flavors were okay though. Hops were a little muted. It was very earthy and herbal. Aftertaste were of wet hops. However I give this beer full credit for the aroma. Outstanding!

Pours a very cloudy amber color with a thin foamy head. Head retention good. Lacing is very good. Earthy aroma. Floral with pine and mild citrus. Much more citrus on the taste. Very smooth. Grapefruit and pine. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

I need to take a class where I can learn all the taste words. Here is what I think 3/4 into my first can: delicious. Reminds me of two beers, my favorite beer of all-time Pliny the Elder from Russian River Brewery, and 90 Minute IPA from Dogfish Head. It is that good? More seasoned, better hyperbole reviewers need to weigh in. My feeling this is World Class Beer, rich, and flavorful. 8% alcohol, but I can't taste the alcohol. I live in Grand Junction, not many miles from the Palisade Brewery, and am completely happy to be able to drink a great beer brewed locally. Cheers!

12 oz.
On-Tap

Pours a very nice hazy dark golden orangy color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice one-finger plus thick/creamy off-white head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, slightly malty, citrusy (orange, tangerine, grapefruit), some nice pine. The taste is hoppy, slightly malty, very nice citrus (orange, tangerine, grapefruit), nice pineyness. Medium body, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.

Pours hazy light Amber. Short, foamy, off white head the Fades fast to a lasting ring.

Smells earthy, herbal, alcohol and light malts.

Taste herbal, light fruity, light caramel malt, toast ends and Light alcohol. Finishes dry with an earthy linger. Taste is a bit muted. Medium body and creamy medium carbonation.

This is a juice bomb.

Pours a golden haze with heavy citrus nose and some dank linger.

Flavor is dead in withthe nose with some light sweetness.

Bitterness is well balanced.
