Thin white head falls quickly and leaves wispy lacing. Yellow gold body with some haze.
Powdery, yeasty aroma with stone fruit notes.
Pear, lime leaf, and a bit of yeast spice in the flavor. Fruit salad syrup.
Medium body with a syrupy mouthfeel - carbonation is on the low side, could use more. Quick finish with just a bit of residual sweetness.
