Poured a hazy yellow with one finger head into a Pilsner glass. Subtle malt smell. Taste is also not overpowering either malts. A little on the watery side but there is still flavor here. A proper German pils that is very drinkable.

This beer, albeit from a macro brewery, highlights that Americans need a better easy to purchase, go to beer. I love this beer. It is clean, very tasty and gives me the feel if drinking real beer without breaking pocketbook. I wish an American Macro could make a beer of this quality. Love it

Clear gold with a thick lush white head that leaves solid lacing.

Wet hay hop aroma. Clean tasting with some slight bready malt; a hint of cornand skunk; wet hay hops again; and a crisp aftertaste.

Medium bodied. Decent carbonation. An all around solid pilsner.

This must be the German equivalent of a Budweiser. Absolutely the worst German beer I've ever had. No aroma. No taste. Carbonated water

P- Poured from a 12 oz bottle,into a Cigar City pint glass.Bottled on 10/06/16 ,best by 10/06/17.

L- Frothy white colored head that stands 1 finger tall, with good retention and sticky lacing.Gold / straw colored body with very good clarity.Low amount of carbonation.

S- On the nose I get grain, wheat, lemon, and grassy notes.A little bit of earthy hops as well.

T- On the palate I get spice and earth hops up front, lemongrass in the middle, and light wheat, grain, and barley on the back end.

F- The mouth feel is a bit thin, with a moderate amount of oxidation on the tongue.Smooth finish.

O- This is a decent pilsner. Not my favorite style, and not my favorite version of the style. It's not a terrible beer, but it is also not something I would drink again. But if you're a big fan of pilsners,by all means give it a shot.

12oz can. Served in a willi becher glass. Pours a medium golden yellow body, one finger thick white head, fair retention, thick lacing. Smell is slightly perfume-y, crisp grain, touch of noble hop, slight white grape must. Flavour is sweet and crisp barley sweetness, light floral hops and a bit of earth on the finish. Solidly constructed beer, very drinkable with good flavour. Mouthfeel is medium-lighter bodied, appropriately carbonated, mild to minimal bitterness on the finish.
