The photo on this one seemed closest. My can had "malt liquor" but no Mocne, but the rest of the can label looks pretty much the same. Also the abv is the same.
Golden drink with a big full white head. Very clear.
Adjunct quality to the aroma in the cheap corn european sort of way. Not a whole lot going on. Slightly sweet and a bit watery.
More of a malt character in drink-even with a slightly toasted grain flavor. Also hints of alcohol, but not hot or overbearing. Good crisp finish eases the drinking of what could be a dangerous drink. Very mild hop flavor. Also a slight tartness. Clean.
Moderately light body and carbonated at regular lager level.
A largely inoffensive drink that goes down easily and maybe dangerously so.

A new Polish beer in my area had to be sampled!

This one pours a clear deep gold with a nice one finger head that drops to a ring leaving sparce bits of lace. Ring eventually disappeared also.

Lightly grainy aroma that seems typical for this style.

Taste is pretty much what you smell somewhat sweet with a touch of grain and sweet again on the very smooth slick finish. Mild carbonation with a medium body.

Not a bad brew but nothing here warrants the premium tag over any other Euro strong. Not a bad deal at $1.75 for 500mL.

Black can, "traditional Polish taste" tag line. Some corny medallions figure into the design at the bottom, not sure that these are actual "awards" of any kind. Black cans are sexy.

Into a tuilp glass it pours a dull brassy orange, with copious amounts of sticky foam.

Smells like cooked vegetables, aka DMS. Somehow a bit musty and grainy as well. Pilsner malt is noticeable too, but overshadowed by the unpleasantness as it warms.

Sweet, grainy, grape and apple flavors. Dry finish, low to medium carbonation. Not especially clean, but it does the job. Dull bitterness in the back, husky grainy flavor dominates. Overall not the worst, but far from the best. This is cheap crunk juice.

This pours a clear, golden-yellow color with some initial foaming but poor to no foam retention. There’s a honeyed, malty-sweet aroma. Rice? Corn? Some cereal malt hints nip at the edges. The flavor has a rounded crispiness to it. Lacking any hop flavor or aroma, although there’s a mild bite on the flavor. Warms with some mild harshness masquerading as sharpness. At 7% it’s surprisingly strong for such a thin-bodied brew. Everything that I expected, although that doesn’t mean I’ll go out of my way to have it again.

Poured into a Sam Adams' perfect pint.

A=Solid gold with a slight head that lasted around a half minute.

S=Similar to a cream ale and other malt liquors...good, but not necessarily appetizing.

T=A bit sweet, but full of flavor...corn presences.

M=Slight carbonation and a fuller presence.

D=The thickness and sweetness would make drinking more than one of these 16 oz. at 7.0% AVB a bit difficult.

At $1.49 per bottle, this is a decent option for getting drunk on a malt beverage on a budget.

Poured from a bottle into a pilsner glass.

Look - light amber color, clear, with good carbonation and about two fingers' worth of frothy white foam that dissipates somewhat slowly.

Smell - almost a carbonated type of smell, heavy with malts and sweet smelling.

Taste - similar to the smell, there's an add bicarbonate type of taste, along with a general sweetness and piercing strength of personality that comes with a higher abv brew.

Mouthfeel - very nicely textured, but it does lean a little more on the watery side, but still very good.

Overall - not a bad brew at all. Not extremely intriguing, but not boring either.

500ml can acquired in Cork, Ireland. Poured into a Grolsch pint glass. Reviewed from notes.

A: Clear gold colour. Four finger head of good retention considering the ABV, but little cream and below average thickness.

Sm: Slightly malty. Weak and a bit nasty.

T: Malty heavy alcohol taste. Slight cream on the climax. Very simple. Bland and bad. Balances its only two notes, but that isn't testament to any sort of proper quality. How hard is it to balance two notes, and bad ones at that? Poorly built for the style.

Mf: Too smooth, too wet, for too heavy and syrupy. Can't support the high ABV. Doesn't suit the crap flavour (what would?).

Dr: High ABV and dirt cheap by Irish standards. A crap beer at a great price. For what it is, it's not a bad choice for a night in with the lads.

Reviewed from tasting notes.

I bought this one in a moment of "try something new at random" whimsy. I have only myself to blame... It poured out a lighter pee yellow with a three finger flash head that was gone in thirty seconds, leaving only minimal tendrils of lacing behind. Thinner body with aggressive carbonation.

Smells and tastes of cooked corn, green apples, and a touch of musty graininess with a little touch of solvent alcohol. Yup, it's a malt liquor all right. However, it does merit mentioning that the harsh alcohol burn seen in a typical malt liquor is actually somewhat restrained in this brew. It's there, just not right up in front of everything like usual.

Pours a clear golden yellow with 2 inches of medium white head that did not last. Not much carbonation even at first. Little lacing.

The aroma seems very steely to me. Steel and grassy hops.

A base of buttery brown sugar from the malt. Perhaps there is some corn syrup in here. Again steely grassy hops.

A medium to light feel. Not crisp like you would hope for in a lager. No carbonation feel at all.

This has more malt flavour than you get with lagers. I like malt but this one doesn't really come together very well.

Purchased at the LCBO for just under $3.00 for a 500ml can. Served at 4deg C in a draught glass.

A- Opens well and pours a good white head that films out in a minute or two. Dark gold and clear

S- Lost of malt as expected.

T- Malty good. Don't understand the okay rating. This beer has a malty good backbone that shines right through spicy dishes. Has the hops. Caramel.

M- Dry and creamy which is nice. Enjoyably good

O- Like this beer a lot. Good go to beer for one as the alcohol is hidden well and has a lot considering the serving size.

Food Pairing

This wonderful malty beer went well with....... Spicy Pad Thai. A touch extra hot sauce then the lime is there for citrus while this beer is right there going well all the way

Surprisingly light with a kick that hits your balls about 30 seconds after the first half a glass in a curious way,. Another wtf, lack of overwhelming CO2 which is a pleasant surprise.
Had this beer a few years ago and this is a significant improvement to the manufacturing/brewing process for this brewery. New can with OKOCIM vertical design on a 500ml tin is a winner.
This brew was purchased and tested in Canada.
