Appearance: 12-ounce green bottle with a simple yet appealing bright blue and metallic silver label. Poured into a stylish and contoured Efes glass. Crystal clear golden color with bubbles rising from the bottom to a bright white pillowy foam top that took a long time to reduce but didn't leave lacing.
Aroma: Medium notes of light grains and rice. A metallic odor.
Taste: Light grains, rice, and corn. Thankfully mostly absent of the metallic character present on the nose. No unpleasant aftertaste.
Feel: Crisp and light. Strong carbonation.
Overall: It's a no frills, simple beer that is nearly flavor neutral. It doesn't stand out or pale in comparison to others in the style.
Pairing: It did fine next to Turkish kebab meats,, both light and dark, served with rice. But given the grains and crispness of the beer, it would be better served alongside foods with cheese and bread.

10 ounce bottle
Pours near clear with a few bubble rising to the top. Off shite cap and leaving minimal lacing on the glass.
Malt and a hint of honey on the nose.
Flavorless, except for stale malts and again a hint of sweet honey.
Meh, almost middle of the road euro lager. "Enjoyed"at a Turkish restaurant. Unless in the same place, with limited options. I would stay away from this one.

330mL green bottle PD04.02.23 ED04.02.24 poured into a footed bar glass at fridge temp 5% ABV. The beer pours very bright pale gold with nearly white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and few bubbles. No lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet pils malt and lite floral hops. The taste is more pils malt with slight grassy / floral hops and mild bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, a touch flabby for a self proclaimed "pilsener", but better than I expected my Turkish country tick to be.

An honest beer, nothing special, but pleasant if you make the mistake of going on an all-inclusive stay at a Turkish beachside hotel. A good beer to sip cold on the beach, but (despite the high marks I give it), you won’t distinguish it in a blind taste test from any run of the mill European beer.

"Best by 11/2/23"; drank from the bottle 5/20/23 @ Cafe Gulistan.
This was a bit like a Modelo, but maltier & sweeter. Not my jam, but it was drinkable in a pinch.

Never had a beer from Turkey before ; ) Bottle could do with a bit of a redesign ; )
Aroma reminds me of Greek pilsners such as Mythos. Really inviting and fresh. I love it.
Impressive head, lots of efferfescence.
Taste doesn't quite match the promise of the aroma. Mouth feel is a little simple. Aftertaste is also. It certainly is a bit unique...Mythos is what it reminds me of most. This is a little more bitter, but less crisp. The more I drink it, the more I like it. Actually it's really good. I'd say it's as good as a typical German pilsner such as Krombacher or Warsteiner. More refreshing with less hop punch.
Definitely buying this again. The hops are totally amazing, and it has a refreshing, natural malty flavour. This doesn't taste over pasteurized like a commercial pilsner (Heineken etc). It tastes natural and like the producers care about their product.
Not perfect, but the more I drink it, the more I like it. Now it's one of my favourite pilsners for sure ; ) No floweryness like in a Czech beer....this is proper manly bitterness. I like this a lot

Clear gold appearance with an average size, fast fading, white head and a fair amount of lacing. Herbal, vegetal aroma. Dry, crisp, moderately sweet taste that lead to a short lived finish. Light bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. No 'best by' on the bottle but I'm sure the long journey to the States didn't help any.
